Our Research and experimental development is formal work undertaken systematically to increase the stock of knowledge, including knowledge of humanity, our attitude to women, problems of women, culture and society, economics and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new applications. It is used to establish or confirm facts, reaffirm the results of previous work, solve new or existing problems and find out solutions. The major steps in conducting our research are:

Identification of research problem
Literature review
Specifying the purpose of research
Determine specific research questions or hypotheses
Data collection
Analyzing and interpreting the data
Reporting and evaluating research

Although we always do not follow the above procedure to complete a research work or do not present reports over research, but our objectives and tasks of research about women mean the same. The steps generally represent the overall process, however they should be viewed as an ever-changing process rather than a fixed set of steps.

Communication and Empower Communities

The communication process is complete once the receiver has understood the message of the sender. Our Communication is a process by which meaning is assigned and conveyed in an attempt to create shared understanding. Therefore, effective communication serves the purpose for which it was planned or designed. Possible purposes might be to elicit change, generate action, create understanding, inform or communicate a certain idea or point of view. When the desired effect is not achieved, factors such as barriers to communication are explored, with the intention being to discover how the communication has been ineffective. Misunderstandings can be anticipated and solved through formulations, questions and answers, paraphrasing, examples, and stories of strategic talk. Thus people will come to know about our objectives and works of women and social welfare. The system of our communication empower women of different grounds from urban to rural life and make them conscious about their own problems related with society and they can take actions as necessity demands as well as support themselves.

Making Awareness Amongst Female

Basically social and economic crisis of women in the sense of individuality of developed or underdeveloped countries are out of focus always. Most of the significant times of our lives are passed away by meeting our fundamental rights while women of advance world are busy for scientific invention, conquering space etc. Because of not being worried about their fundamental rights or human, social and national rights, they can think about that much. But in the environment of Bangladesh, the picture is different where women are not free from depression, deception, injustice, insecurity and corruption. Many of our people have raised their voice for poverty, justice and human rights and this is good news. In accordance with this way, We, the people of Bangladesh have come ahead to research our problems, to feel the pain of our women, to create awareness amongst women about their rights which they deserve from our society and nation and to formulate and implement better solutions for the improvement of their lives, society and economics.
